Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Shipping on Orders $150+
We’re pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more.
Flat-Rate Shipping on Orders Under $150
Orders under $150 ship for a $9.95 flat rate.
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: during peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Weighted Blankets
Weighted blankets qualify for free shipping on orders $150+, just like all other Cocoon products.
There are no additional handling or weight surcharges.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
We’re working toward expanding globally and will share updates as soon as international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your Cocoon every step of the way.
If you don’t see your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Shipping Issues & Support
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or appears delayed, please contact us at contact@cocoonblanket.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
