We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Products
We sell premium blankets and related products through our Site. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings and photographic lighting. We make every effort to ensure descriptions are accurate but do not warrant that product descriptions are free from error.

4. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or unavailability of stock.

Payment is processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and is not stored by Cocoon Blankets INC.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party logistics partner, ShipBob. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are estimates only; we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind every Cocoon blanket and want you to love yours.

Damaged or defective

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to return the item, and we cover all costs.

Changed your mind
If your blanket isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery for full store credit. Returned blankets must be unwashed and in clean, unused condition, free from pet hair, stains, and odor. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and your store credit is issued once we've received and inspected your return. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything at Cocoon.

Never opened it?
If your order is still in its unopened shipping box, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a full refund to your original payment method.

Final sale
Requests made after 14 days, and items bought on clearance or flash sale, are final sale. Personalized and made-to-order items, including custom corporate orders, are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Launch promotional orders are returnable under the policy above.

7. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discount codes are valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the CO’CŌŌN brand name and logo, product photography, copy, design elements, and graphics, is the property of Cocoon Blankets INC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express prior written consent.

9. Advertising and Tracking
We use Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms to market our products. By using our Site, you acknowledge that we may use cookie-based tracking technologies and advertising pixels to serve you targeted advertisements on third-party platforms based on your browsing activity on our Site. We may also use your email address to serve targeted advertising through Google Customer Match and similar features, where you have provided your email address to us and such use is permitted by applicable law.

10. User Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:

· Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
· Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems
· Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
· Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site without our express written consent
· Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
· Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

11. Third-Party Services
Our Site and fulfilment operations use third-party services including Shopify (e-commerce platform), ShipBob (order fulfilment), Klaviyo (email marketing), Google (advertising and analytics), and Loox (product reviews). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Your use of these embedded services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cocoon Blankets INC with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
